The Siblings Podcast (A D&D 5e Adventure)
West Side Pride | S1E1 (The Siblings Podcast)
Welcome to the Sibling's Podcast (a D&D 5e adventure)!
Our heroes all meet for the first time on a path into Craven. Struggling to find cohesion, they discover that sometimes the best way to solve a problem is to fake it until you make it and to have pride in what you've been stuck with!
When faced with the decision between East and West, our heroes go into West Craven (which is on the east side of the city) and begin to ingratiate themselves among the local flavor of the city. There is wholesome discussion about family, what it means to be family, how family should treat each other, and how to move forward in a healthy way with individuals you hope to establish trust with. Fights are narrowly avoided, a cursed object is destroyed (or so they think), and bonds (of varying degrees of strength) are formed not only between the heroes themselves but also with the NPCs in this half of the city.
In the end, our heroes have presented themselves worthy enough to get their first mission from the local sheriff, a man by the name of Kip. The session ends with the party anticipating gearing up for this mission to go investigate "the shambling."
What will happen to our heroes next? Will they be welcome in East Craven or will they continue to strike out as they did at the gate to East Craven at the beginning of Episode 1? What is the shambling and is it related to the disappearances? Who knows -- tune in next week to find out!
